White sugar is obtained through the extraction and refining of sugar beet or sugar cane and appears as uniform, free-flowing crystals.
\nThe production process involves three stages: extraction, crystallization, and purification. In the extraction phase, a raw juice is obtained, which is filtered and then cooled. Crystallization then takes place, separating the molasses and completing the process with purification or refining.<\/p>\n
