High-quality sugar crystals dissolved in fully desalinated water, so as to obtain a clear sugar solution with a dry matter content of 66.5%, which is then sterilised. Thanks to its excellent workability, 66.5% liquid sugar is particularly suitable for drinks, confections and candied specialities.
