Sugars for the industry
White sugar is obtained through the extraction and refining of sugar beet or sugar cane and appears as uniform, free-flowing crystals.
The production process involves three stages: extraction, crystallization, and purification. In the extraction phase, a raw juice is obtained, which is filtered and then cooled. Crystallization then takes place, separating the molasses and completing the process with purification or refining.
Granulated sugar is widely used across multiple sectors and is suitable for both industrial and domestic use.
